TKT Strategy provides automated technical analysis signals for stocks listed on the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX/KSE-100). Our system uses mathematical indicators including RSI(14), SMA(45), SMA(200), and SuperTrend to generate buy signals and track simulated positions. The service is provided for informational and educational purposes only.

To access premium features, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, provide false information, or engage in any activity that disrupts the service.

Premium subscriptions are available at Rs 5,999 per year. Payment is made manually by uploading a payment screenshot for verification. Subscriptions are activated after manual review and approval by our team, typically within 24 hours. Subscription fees are non-refundable once activated. If your payment is not approved, a full refund will be processed. We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

You agree not to: • Use our service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our service • Scrape, copy, or redistribute our signals or data without written permission • Share your account credentials with others • Use automated tools to access our service in a way that could damage or overload our systems • Misrepresent our signals as your own or resell them commercially

All content on TKT Strategy, including but not limited to the TKT trading strategy rules, signal algorithms, website design, text, graphics, and code, is the intellectual property of TKT Strategy and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

TKT Strategy is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any signals or data provided. Signal data depends on third-party market data providers. Delays, inaccuracies, or interruptions in data delivery are possible and outside our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TKT Strategy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to financial losses arising from trading decisions made based on our signals. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid for a subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting an update on this page. Your continued use of the service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
